Land & Site Plan

Cujo’s Neighborhood Rise / Veterans is designed as a terrain-conscious, phased community model. Site planning prioritizes efficiency, organized layout, and long-term scalability.

Site principle: Work with the land, not against it. Elevation, flow, and access are integrated into planning from the start.

Cujo0181 Site Concept

Cujo0181 is planned to support a structured housing layout organized around clear pathways, designated shared areas, and a centralized operations hub.

Terrain Strategy

Phased Growth

The site plan allows for phased expansion. Initial deployment can begin with core housing units and essential infrastructure, with additional phases added as alignment, funding, and service partnerships develop.

Operational Hub

A central command and service structure supports day-to-day operations, resident support services, and infrastructure monitoring. The goal is coordinated, stable management—not scattered development.

Note: Site plans are conceptual at this stage. Final layouts, engineering documents, grading plans, and approvals will reflect regulatory requirements and site-specific assessments.
