The need is urgent, but traditional models often fail to match urgency with speed, cost control, and operational resilience. This project prioritizes durable construction, infrastructure stability, and structured community operations to reduce the risk of failure over time.
The High Desert is a region with real need, real land opportunities, and real gaps in service access. The goal is to build capacity locally and create a replicable model that can scale.
